Buyers can opt to make the bedroom smaller and add an en-suite and dressing room or they could select the “studio” layout and have an en-suite and kitchenette on this level.

On the first floor, there’s a living room at the front, with combined kitchen, dining and family room at the rear including bi-fold doors onto the bridge and upper garden. A cloakroom completes the first floor.
