LOW maintenance and highly energy efficient, the stylish show home at Three Js in the Worcestershire village of Abberley is now on sale.

Elan Homes has begun the final countdown at the intimate development, where there are just five homes still available.

Prices start from £285,000 for the two-bedroom Ledbury up to £405,000 for the three-bedroom detached Wythall show home.

While the Wythall has been professionally styled by Edward Thomas Interiors, all of the homes boast a high specification, offering ease of living and a range of energy efficient features designed to help lower running costs and the impact on the environment.

They achieve Energy Performance Certificate B ratings, making them some of the most efficient on the market and eligible for green mortgages.

Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “When it comes to saving energy, buying a show home scores on all fronts. Switching from an older property to a brand new house offers the chance to save around £2,600 on your energy bills, according to research by the HBF. Plus, because we’ve already decorated, you won’t have to spend your energy painting or hanging wallpaper.

“The Wythall show home has a cosy, welcoming ambience thanks to the base palette of warm greys and beiges with accents of blues, teals and a raspberry adding depth.”

The Wythall is a double fronted property with a spacious lounge extending the depth of the property. A generous window offers lots of natural light from the front, while French doors offer direct access to the garden at the rear.

On the opposite side of the hallway is the open plan kitchen and dining room. A utility and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are generous sizes, easily accommodating double beds. The main bedroom, which boasts an en-suite, and the guest bedroom, have been styled as somewhere to retreat and relax.

The third bedroom has been playfully styled with a Peter Rabbit theme.

“The homes now on sale at Three Js will be ready to move into in the spring,” Tracey added.

“Whether you opt to purchase the show home or one of the properties, you’ll be able to enjoy the benefit of living in a home that includes an energy-efficient heating system, high-quality insulation, high-specification doors, and double-glazed and perfectly placed windows, all of which work together to lock in heat and help keep homes warm.”

The homes at Three Js enjoy a leafy setting, with more than 40% of the development being given to open green space including a wildflower meadow and a central community orchard.

They are being built only a short drive away from the Malvern Hills and the spa town of Malvern, and close to Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley and Kidderminster.
