START your search for a new home in Devon now and you could wrap up a move early in 2026 by getting ahead of the game.
While Boxing Day is one of the busiest days when it comes to people searching online for property to buy, with Rightmove reporting that Boxing Day 2024 was their busiest ever for new listings and traffic to their website, Edenstone Homes is encouraging buyers to act now.
It has homes ready to move into at The Orchardsin Sampford Peverell but will be closing the show home and sales centre during the key holiday period.
Edenstone operations director Chris Edge explained: "The Boxing Day bounce has become a phenomenon in recent years – with a massive increase in people looking at property listings in the period just after Christmas and right through to the new year.
