Coadjute, the UK's fastest growing AML compliance service for property professionals, today announced a new long-term partnership with The Property Franchise Group plc (TPFG), the UK's largest estate agent franchise group.

The agreement marks a significant expansion of the relationship between the two organisations following TPFG's rollout of the Coadjute platform to support AML compliance across many of its largest estate agency franchises.

Under the new partnership, TPFG will benefit from Coadjute's latest suite of services on their new AI-native platform. These cover their market-leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance service, plus access to seamlessly integrated onboarding services,

including Terms of Business and Material Information, and the ability to create Property Sale Packs.

The compliance partnership comes at a time of increasing regulatory scrutiny across the property sector and growing momentum behind reforms designed to modernise the home buying and selling process. The National Crime Agency estimates that money laundering costs the UK economy more than £10 billion each year, increasing the regulatory focus on AML compliance.

In addition, recently announced government reforms place emphasis on the need for more specific upfront information, adding to the demands on property professionals.

Coadjute has long recognised this direction of travel, and has placed comprehensive compliance services that relieve the burden on estate agents at the heart of its approach. As a result, its platform is well placed to deliver on the principles underpinning the new regulations and reforms.

The partnership will enable TPFG to achieve higher levels of compliance with less effort, and provide a seamless service for buyers and sellers on one platform without

handoffs, improving the consumer experience and reducing the risk of delays to property transactions.

Gareth Samples, CEO at The Property Franchise Group, said:

"As the industry continues to evolve, it is important that our franchisees have access to advanced technology and services that help them stay ahead of regulatory change and deliver the highest standards of customer service.

Our partnership with Coadjute gives us access to market-leading AML and onboarding services that will help our estate agents meet their obligations efficiently while improving the experience for buyers and sellers"

Dan Salmons, CEO of Coadjute, said:

"TPFG has consistently shown leadership in adopting new ways of working that benefit both customers and franchisees. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening compliance and helping modernise the home buying and selling process.

With ever increasing regulation and reform, we are pleased to enable their franchisees to be fully compliant, but able to provide a truly seamless experience for buyers and sellers".

Coadjute's AML service combines shareable AML, identity verification, source of funds and source of wealth checks, enhanced due diligence, ongoing monitoring and audit-ready reporting within a single workflow.

As part of the partnership, TPFG franchisees will not only gain access to Coadjute's fully managed AML compliance, risk management and governance services, but also their onboarding and Property Sale Pack tools that help agents get transactions off to the strongest possible start.

The long-term agreement provides a framework for continued innovation across TPFG's national franchise network and further strengthens the relationship between the two organisations.
