CASTLE Green Homes is playing cupid and hosting events across the North West and North Wales this Valentine’s Day to help homebuyers find their perfect match.

Buyers are invited to make a date to attend the Keys to Your Heart events taking place from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, February 14.

They’ll be able to enjoy Valentine’s themed sweet treats and a glass of fizz as they view homes that marry traditional architecture with modern interiors.

Sales director Sian Pitt explained: “People tend to romanticise the idea of buying an older property and don’t think about the heartache it can cause, particularly if you’re living around the works. Latest research from the HBF and Octopus Energy suggests it could cost anything from £23,100 to £83,000 to bring an existing property up to the energy efficiency standards of a new build home – that’s a lot of date nights!

“We’re giving people who reserve a new home at our Keys to Your Heart events the chance to enjoy a romantic spa date worth up to £1,000 “on the house”.”

Participating developments include Orchard Place, Thornton, Sefton; Woodland Manor, Congleton and Bridgewater View, Daresbury, Cheshire; Llys y Coed, Rhosrobin and Trevalyn Place, Rossett, near Wrexham; Hawthorn Meadows, Buckley, and Maes y Castell, Abermorddu, Flintshire; Sŵn y Môr, Prestatyn, Denbighshire and Rydal View, Colwyn Bay, Conway.

“Visitors to our developments often tell us it was love at first sight and that they fell head over heels with our homes.  Our Keys to Your Heart event is all about helping people connect emotionally with the place they could soon call home. Our sales teams are like cupid – they know how to match people to their dream home and ensuring they have that special “this is the one” feeling,” Sian added.

To learn how a new home could hold the key to your heart, visit a participating Castle Green Homes development from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, February 14. For more information about where Castle Green is building see https://www.castlegreenhomes.uk.
