BUYERS hoping to tee up a move to an energy efficient new home in Tameside will need to swing into action to secure one of the final properties. Situated next to Dukinfield Golf Course, 85% of the properties at Greenside View have now been sold.

With the final countdown now on, Elan Homes is offering to help those with an existing property to sell up and move on with the aid of its EasyMove scheme.
