Catalyst’s new Shared Ownership homes at Kite Meadows have seen high demand since its launch last month, with over 50% of homes now reserved. Interest in this award-winning development remains high, with Catalyst offering an affordable route onto the property ladder in Princes Risborough, one of Buckinghamshire’s most expensive postcodes according to Zoopla.*

With the average property price in the HP27 postcode priced at £715,700**, Catalyst’s collection of new homes provide an affordable route onto the ladder in the affluent rural market town, with prices starting from £97,500 for a 25% share of a 2-bedroom home (FMV £390,000).

The remaining two and three-bedroom semi-detached Shared Ownership homes at Kite Meadows mark the final phase at the development, which once complete will comprise 98 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in Princes Risborough.

Steve Pickering, Head of Sales and Marketing (Counties) at Catalyst, comments: “We’re delighted our latest and final launch at Kite Meadows has seen such interest from both families and couples alike, and are proud to be able to offer Shared Ownership homes in the area, helping those who would typically be priced out of the town. Sitting on the edge of the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while only 37 minutes from London Marylebone, it’s a location that offers countryside living coupled with quick connections into the capital.”

Homes at Kite Meadows are built to Catalyst’s quality standard. High specification finishes include integrated Zanussi kitchen appliances alongside Symphony kitchen units, modern sanitaryware, and TV points to the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms. Each home also features a private garden and parking.

Offering sweeping views of the rolling hills and woodlands, the town is full of historic charm, and has been home to a weekly Thursday market since 1888, while the prehistoric 'way-marker' Pudding Stone is set in the town's roundabout.

Residents at Kite Meadows are well positioned for the area’s array of schools, including Princes Risborough Primary School and the co-educational secondary school, Princes Risborough School, both within walking distance from the development.

The development is just a five-minute drive from Princes Risborough train station where journeys to London Marylebone take just 37 minutes on Chiltern Railways. Residents can also reach the M40 in just 21 minutes by car, and Heathrow Airport in 40 minutes, making it easy to travel across the UK and beyond.

Pricing starts from £97,500 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom home (FMV. £390,000) and £130,000 for a 25% share of a three-bedroom home (FMV. £520,000).
