ANWYL Homes is celebrating a milestone at Alexandra Gardens in Crewe, where more than half the homes have now been sold.

Properties at the 249-home development are proving popular with buyers on every rung of the housing ladder including first time buyers, families and downsizers, with both existing local residents and those relocating to Crewe choosing to live at Alexandra Gardens.

Dozens of the homes are now occupied, with a growing list of people keen to be part of the new community.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “It’s almost three years since we started constructing new homes at Alexandra Gardens. The transformation of the 23-acre site has really gathered pace and it’s become a new neighbourhood where people love living. We’ve sold more than half of the properties and around a third of the homes are now occupied, with more residents moving in all of the time.

“Demand remains high and we’re taking early bird reservations, effectively giving buyers the chance to pay a small deposit to have first refusal to reserve homes not yet released for sale. We also recognise that people considering moving here are likely to have a house to sell and are offering to help with that through our Move Simple scheme.”

Current availability at Alexandra Gardens includes a choice of three and four-bedroom detached homes with prices from £279,995 to £409,995.

Externally they look traditional, while inside they are thoughtfully designed with modern living in mind and include desirable features such as open-plan kitchen diners with integrated appliances, easily accessible gardens, plus an en-suite to the main bedroom helping alleviate the morning rush for the family bathroom.

Farndon and Henley style show homes are open for viewing to help inspire buyers considering moving to the Sydney Road development.

Ideal for families thanks to its proximity to school, shops, food and drink, and leisure facilities, Alexandra Gardens is also perfect for commuters with handy access to the M6 motorway and links from Crewe train station to London in 1.5 hours, and to Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Chester in under an hour.
